1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings made through shivamratan.com are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable).
  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email/SMS upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Requests

  • Customers may request a refund by contacting us directly at shivratanpvtltd@gmail.com or 7734065682 with their booking details.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least [X days prior] to the scheduled event date (you may set this as per your policy, e.g., 7 days or 14 days).
  • Approved cancellations will be eligible for a refund based on the timeline and stage of event preparation.

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank account, or wallet) used during booking.
  • Refunds will be credited within 4–5 working days after processing.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • The cancellation request is made after the cut-off period.
  • Significant resources, services, or arrangements have already been allocated to your event.
  • The event is canceled due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

5. Rescheduling Option

  • Instead of cancellation, customers may request to reschedule their booking, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made in advance, and additional charges may apply based on revised requirements.
